Very disorganized, one way process as their recruiters are hard to reach and do not provide any information about the role or decision before and after the interview. Interview times keep constantly changing and pretty discriminative in my opinion. They prefer people from Eastern European background which is fine but don’t waste candidates time by interviewing candidates who do not have that background. They openly say in the interview and I quote “you need to have grown up in that community to understand the European team who are young, you need to understand their lifestyle, you need to understand their songs, you need to understand their way of life..”. Why is knowing the songs that employees sing part of the job requirement and if that is the case why do you call people for interview if you know they don’t have that background? Interview outcomes are not based on how your experience relates to the job but how the interviewer feels about your cultural fit “songs, lifestyle, food” to their Ukraine team which they openly admitted too.
