You participate in one case interview first. They send you background information on a mock company a day beforehand, and then you read more on its processes during the interview. They give you about 5 minutes to read over it and write down notes on what looks wrong and what you suggest to improve inefficiencies and risks. If you've taken any accounting courses, you'll do just fine in recognizing what to improve. Afterwards, you go through traditional behavioral interviews with a few more directors and/or senior managers.
