Generally campus placements are done for recruitment at consultant level. There is a campus visit wherein company and job profile is briefed to applicants, rounds of Group Discussions are conducted and finally the selected students are interviewed to come out with the short listed candidates (2-5 candidates). This process is carried out by an HR personnel, a project manager and one young consultant from same college (preferably). Selected candidates from all colleges are then called to the office for the Directors's round wherein Assoc. Director or Managing Directors take one round of personal interview. Post this, the final selected list is declared.
