I found out about Protiviti's on campus interview through my campus career services office. I then first spoke with some representatives at a career fair. The recruiter herself was not there but I spoke with someone who had been working a year or two as a tech consultant himself. He immediately circled my 3.8 GPA when I handed him my resume. We spoke a little about my study abroad experience. I followed up with an email and had his reply copied over to someone else who copied the campus recruiter into the email. I applied online and was granted an interview. There was a prenight presentation with some more information about the company and the chance to speak with employees and find out who would be conducting my interview. The interview was pretty easygoing, mostly behavioral questions. Started off with tell me about something you've accomplished in college that you're proud of.
