Interviewed six times over the course of 2+ months (both phone and in-person), each going more in-depth of the role, meeting some team members. Got to meet with one of the founders and CEO. All interviews felt comfortable with good questions - thought I was eventually moving towards an offer. Even reviewed some of the accounts I would be handling. Ultimately was ghosted by the manager and CEO - stopped responding to communication/requests for status of the position, never acknowledged they were going in a different direction. Pretty disappointed as they seemed to have more integrity than to handle the situation like they did. Likely wouldn’t consider applying again as they didn’t seem to know how to hire/move on from a candidate.
