I had a one-hour interview with the HR Director and the Program Manager. I was asked a series of behavioural and philisophical questions based on my appoach to work and my previous expereince.

Entretien
It was a screening phone call first. Then we scheduled an online interview. There were two or three people in the online meeting room. Overall great experience. They ask about your experience, skills, and why you chose the role you applied for.
