Sent resume and cover letter via e-mail, not a good feeling after first phone interview but made the cut and went to an in person interview in their Berlin office. Was proper interview but friendly people, nice atmosphere. I also had to prepare a case study and sent before which we went through together and took time to put together. In general they asked tough questions but I think as long as the responses were explained, there was no "wrong" answer.
