The first interview consisted of an introductory phone call, where they tell you about the opportunity and general information about the company. The interviewer asked me general sales questions; what makes a good salesperson, describe your sales experience, etc.
I was invited to a second round of interviews where I set an interview time. The interviewer never showed to the meeting and did not even respond to a follow up email afterwards. I understand things happen, but it’s common courtesy to at least follow up. There was zero communication after I set a time to meet.
Overall, the position was not competitively compensated for todays market. They only offer 5 pto days available to you after a 90 day probationary period and major holidays off. The interviewer asked me if I was comfortable having software on my work computer that would track key strokes and screen time. From previous reviews I read, they are all accurate from my initial perception.
