The Talent Partner was good, but the recruitment process is frustrating. It takes a month with 3 rounds, and if you're not in Bangalore, you have to travel for a 10-minute joining confirmation meeting. Waiting for feedback is a waste of time and money. Starting with the HR discussion would be better to avoid this. I only rate them positively because of the Talent Partner, but the process deserves a low rating. I cleared the technical rounds, but they rejected me in HR due to relocation doubts. Seriously?

One of the recruiters contacted me about the job opening. First round was a assignment coding round in codiility. It had 3 questions on DSA, API design and SQL.
Second round was scheduled next week. It was a intro / managerial round. They asked to design and optimise a API.
Next they scheduled a DSA round. Which the interviewer bailed out for 2 times. After 2 reschedules, in this round they asked a basic DSA question. I completed it almost correctly. They also asked about work history etc.
Next day I got rejection message. It was a waste of time. They rescheduled 2 meeting without prior notice.
