An absolute sham! They want to build a pipeline of candidates to choose from; then give you false reasons as to why the next round of interview is taking over 10 days to setup, blaming it on the case study not being ready, and the hiring manager being on leave. Fast forward two weeks later, they email saying they've hired somebody else. Despite progressing through all rounds of interview! What a selfish way of working! I hope this is just an individual or one team's approach to hiring, and not the entire organisation! Else the exec team have a lot of worry about! Will never recommend this org. to anyone I know!

One suspects that the PropertyGuru HR dept / hiring managers must be writing fake, glowing reviews of themselves on Glassdoor. Refer to the interview review posted on Nov 3, 2023: Interview Question: ""Your aspirations" demonstrate the alignment of candidate and organizational goals, emphasizing the strong connection between the two." LOL! If a company would write fake reviews of themselves, you'd think they'd at least try to make them sound realistic. Based on my experience interviewing with PropertyGuru, I can assure that: - The interview process was poor and unprofessional. - Their "company culture" is to treat candidates as disposables.
My recent interview with Property Guru was outstanding. The panel was professional, engaging, and asked relevant questions. The informal interaction provided valuable insights into the company culture. I'm genuinely impressed and excited. Thank you for a great experience!
