Four Interviews - 1) Technical Coding 2.) Technical Design 3.) Hiring Manager - Behavioural Round. 4) VP - Culture fit 5) Salary Discussion I went through only Ist round and got rejected.

There are 5 interviews: 1. HR interview 2. Coding interview 3. Final interviews: - Data Structures and Algorithms - Hiring Manager Interview - Coding Interview - System Design and Architecture. The hiring manager was the most arrogant interviewer I have ever met. He worked at Amazon Canada which apparently was the greatest achievement of his life and made him the best inovator in the world lol. I would have never wanted to have some as him as a manager and therefor I didn't even want to continue the interview process after my conversation with him, but I took the opportunity to prepare for other interviews with other companies. My suggestion is to avoid the monetization team which has this guy as a manager. He thinks property finder is a software company which compares with big companies like Fb or Google and they want the best of the best and all the companies after that in this region would want to take their developers lol. One of his funny questions was how do you encourage the juniors to inovate and he was not happy when I said the junior I worked with had only 8 months of experience and she was for sure not able to innovate anything at that point (she just started coding being in the citizen programe). He was basically using the same interviewing format like Amazon, with leadership principles and using data for your answers. He asked just some random questions and was unhappy with the answers and just decided not to put effort into interview. I don't believe my 10+ experience can be judged based on those questions.
