I received an email moving forward with the application process in one business day after my application submittal. After the initial phone interview with one of the recruiters at Propeller, there was a Financial Test (took about an hour to complete). The next step was video conferences with five different individuals from the office I was applying to; this interview was a total of two hours. I was told that traditionally this is done in person, but due to COVID concerns, this is being done virtually for the time being. The last interview was done via video and lasted about 30 minutes. After the last interview, I was notified soon of an offer. Overall, the whole process was quick and well communicated.

I had 5 interviews one with recruiters all the way to the VP and my actual boss. The length of the process was about a month. Everyone was easy to talk with and felt comfortable getting to know the company.
