It seemed informal. The interviewer was from an HR team and had very specific questions that my resume was clearly not aligned with. She wasn't bad, it just didn't seem like my resume was reviewed prior to the meeting.

The interview process is very thorough. Step 1: Screening interview with a recruiter Step 2: Meeting with the hiring manager Step 3: Challenge interview, take home challenge followed by a presentation interview. Step 4: Top Grade Interview 5. Reference Check. Every team member I spoke with raved about the company culture and was so kind. Enjoyable process with timely/transparent communication.
