Applied online and waited 2 weeks. Didn’t hear anything so I contacted them again. Got an email back from someone in marketing, not HR. Scheduled a quick phone interview, then had an in person interview the next day. They said pay range was between $13-$16. I never even met the HR person. It wasn’t your typical interview. Got walked around the warehouse, didn’t even get introduced to a single person there. I didn’t get a good vibe that people even enjoyed being there or enjoyed their job. I got a job offer the same day. They offered me $15 hr, I replied and asked some basic questions about performance reviews, scheduling, vacations, pto and 401k info. Once I got the questions answered, I counter offered at $16. They took almost a week to get back to me. I had emailed and kept in contact with both the marketing person and HR. The marketing person’s email ended up getting sent back to me so I wonder if she even works there anymore. Then HR finally got back to me and said it was unlikely that we would be able to come to an agreement so they rescinded the job offer. It was $1 more! Seems like they are just looking for a warm body. Doesn’t matter who they get which seems to follow suit with the other horrible reviews this place has gotten within the past year. I only wish I would’ve read the reviews further so I didn’t waste my time but it ended up being a learning experience and showing this companies true colors.
