I was invited to an interview with the promise of discussing responsibilities and pay. To my surprise, when I entered the Zoom meeting it turned out it was a group interview. The interviewer didn't say anything about the responsibilities or the pay. Instead, he spent a long time talking about after work events and road trips. Bad experience.

Entretien
The initial interview took place on Zoom with 2 other candidates. The second and third round of interviews were in-person. The interview process itself was very easy. After the second round they give you a questionnaire/ pop quiz on what you've learned so far from the interviews and info given.
