After completing three rounds over the span of nearly two months, I was disappointed to experience a complete lack of communication regarding the outcome from HR. I understand that hiring decisions take time, but being ghosted after multiple rounds without any closure is unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates who invest their time and effort. Transparency in the process, even if the decision is not in my favor, would have been greatly appreciated if HR gave some process overview . I would have valued constructive feedback or at least a simple update on the status of my application. I hope PAconsiders improving its candidate experience moving forward."
