After the screening step, I interviewed with the Hiring Manager. Interview was mainly "to the point" and the manager expressed the companies expectations from this role openly and in clearity.

Series of interviews via Zoom after the initial HR screening phone call. Met with the team that would become my coworkers and few more senior leaders. There were a few skills/experience related questions, but mostly I think they were looking for fit with the team and the company.
