The most uncomfortable and pointlessly long interview of my life. After initial contact with someone from HR, you are invited in to the office. Then to wait 45 minutes after giving my ID over and then have a 2 hour interview, meeting 2 individuals separately. It was pointlessly difficult and after all that, you are made to wait again until they decide they want you to work for them or not.
