They call for Face to Face round and it is mandatory. Interviewer don't have any knowledge of React native and mobile application development. Worst Interview ever. They don't have React Native developer for taking interview.

I applied through a consultancy on Naukri.com in feb 2021. By the way I received a mail and called to noida office. I requested them for video call interview but They wanted me to come to office. and finally went to office, had interview which was 1st technical. I cleared the first technical and they send me back to home and called on another day for next round. Their hiring process was as follows: 1) resume shortlist 2) 1 technical 3) machine test 4) HR When I went for machine test, They will ask you to develop some application in the technology in which you had experience. So I asked to do crud operation in webapi . Which I had done successfully and later on that some more technical questions. "Interviewer 's words after machine test", "You did very well and I am happy with pattern, structure and code standard You used. You ware too good in this experience. You have cleared the machine test" I was much happy and asked to go to home and they will not take hire due to the unavailability of HR and they will come to the final decision. and the decision was, I was not selected. Reason of not getting selected was : I did not cleared the machine test, This is said by HR . Which I already have cleared. was quit upset but I knew by my consultancy that They were not able to offer me the salary as per my expectations as I was already having offer in hand.
