I sat down with a couple of supervisors and answered the same questions twice regarding leadership skills, customer service skills, and my goals. Then I met the HR rep who offered me the job and explained the terms of my hire. It was a fairly simple interview process and encouraged me about my future at this job.

The interview was very thorough and it seemed as though they actually wanted to hire the right people for the job, not just looking for any CS rep. I was impressed.
I had three interviews and didn't get the position. I was told that I was a great fit but they found someone who was better qualified to answer the phone. I have over ten years of experience in call centers/ customer service. I'll never waste my time with them again.
