As an internal promotion, I went through a series of 3 interviews: Hiring manager, peer panel interview, then VP of sales interview.
You must have a proven track record of success, ability to manage and grow a team on successful future leaders, and develop an employee focused culture.
Although the interview process took about a month from the application, this ensures the right fit for the team and in the organization.

Entretien
The process was very quick. Applied internally and was contacted by the Sr. Recruiter to schedule an interview with the hiring manager the next day, followed by an interview with the VP. From application to offer was less than 2 weeks.

I applied and unlike other companies I felt like I was supported and nurtured throughout the process, which wasn’t as long as I thought it might be. I appreciated the care and concern they showed during this first impression with the company.
