Read this, be prepared for the STAR questions and think of customer specific scenarios. The lady who conducted my phone interview was very helpful and offered me tips for my on-site interview. I had already done a little research on the company and did even more to prepare for my on-site interview. Watch the videos about the position you're applying for, as well, these were helpful. Still waiting to, hopefully, hear back with a job offer. The company looks like an awesome company to work for!

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.
