It was several levels of the process before you could even make it to the interview stage. Several tests were conducted and a video interview was done with you recording yourself and submitting for review.

Had a very nice gentleman that made the interview process less stressful however the questions he asked were behavioral but they want a lot of details. Study the star method and you should do great. I’m currently awaiting to see if i made the cut :)
