I interviewed today at the Marietta, GA location. The overall experience was great. I applied with them back in November of 2015 on the Progressive website. A recruiter contacted me a few days before Thanksgiving letting me know they were going to continue with the hiring process. I took the assessment (which was easy). That following Monday she sent me another email to let me know l'd passed the assessment and someone would contact me soon to setup a phone interview. Within two days I received an email to setup my phone interview, which ended up being on the 22nd of December. The interview was simple and straightforward. We reviewed my resume, then she asked what I knew about Progressive. Afterwards she asked 2 Target Selection questions. Answer these questions using the STAR method. (Thanks Glassdoor you were a life saver!! If you need help research online as well as this site. I got A LOT on helpful hints and tips from here.) After the interview she said I'd hear something back within a week or two but 10 ten after I hung up she sent me a email stating I would be moving forward. YAY! I received my invitation to complete a background check about a week later. They do a THOROUGH investigation into your work history as well as your education so DON'T LIE. During this time I received my call to schedule my in person interview. (1/7/16) I received an email on 1/5/16 stating that my background check was completed and forwarded to my recruiter. The in-person interview was extensive. It was two hours with two different managers. The first interviewer was very engaging and fun. She started by reviewing my resume followed by 6 Target Selection questions (again answer they using the STAR method). The second interviewer was very dry and really seemed disinterested. He started the interview the same way as the previous interviewer. Though towards the end he began to open up a little. Finally got a smile out of the guy. The only negative thing I have to say is that he (the second interviewer) didn't ask the target selection questions or maybe it was the way he worded them. They (progressive) placed a lot of emphasis on the fact that they prefer you to use the STAR method when answering the questions. It threw me off my game a little bit with the switch up but matter I plowed right through it. Afterwards he said I'd hear back from them in a week or so. I'm waiting! Lol!

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
