Entretien
After applying, I received an invitation to take an employment assessment. It had three sections. The first section asked alternating math and vocabulary questions. The second section contained behavior/personality questions. The third and final section had you go through a simulation of receiving a call and having to search and answer the customer’s questions.
The next day after completing the assessment, I received an invitation to participate in a video interview. The video that Progressive provided to explain this process was very thorough and helped me to feel confident going into the interview. The actual video interview consisted of 8 questions. Each question was pre-recorded by someone and you had one minute to think of an answer and three minutes to respond. You had one chance for each question to re-record your answer.
I received a response two working days later that based on my video interview and resume, I was not selected to move forward with the position.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entretien
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
