I applied at Progressive back in October the process took almost 2 months got a test first then a few days later I was invited to do a phone interview and then I waited maybe a week and a half before my phone interview then I did the phone interview the recruiter said it will take about two days to find out if I got the the recruiter said it would take 2 days before I knew if I got the face to face interview I actually found out maybe 4 hours later that I got the face to face interview then 2 weeks later on December 3rd I got my face to face interview it was a 2 hour interview with situational questions so learn the star method after that I was told I would find out within a week I actually found out on the following Tuesday I had my interview Thursday and I found out the next Tuesday I got an offer I got offered more than the actual salary range and I was actually happy and I start next month the process is very expensive make sure you're very professional you keep eye contact you smile you do research on the company you know what you're talking about and basically stay positive show them that you want the job I just went through and did it like I said I started the process in October and it was the 8th of December when I found out I got the job so don't stress don't worry if the process takes very long because it is and they will do a background check on you they do not do a drug test that was interesting to find out but they do start very competitively in their salary I was really like I said shocked because I expected like the minimum salary I got above the minimum range bracket and I was really happy and I believe I'm going to do well also they will train you on the licensing and they have a high passage rate I spoke to the recruiter she said the passage rate is very high for the license so there's nothing to worry about they give you three chances to pass but most people pass on the first try and they really work with you to pack so if you don't pass that means you really don't know what you're doing but you should be fine and that was my experience
