I applied for a pricing analyst position at Progressive. After submission of application I was selected for phone interview. The interviewer was 15 minutes late and demonstrated a blasé attitude. He spoke with me for only 20 minutes despite the invitation indicated that the interview would last an hour.

it was a phone screening with alot of behavioral based star questions. they were looking for a beggening middle and end to a story. i would brush up on employee and team conflicts
