Submitted my application it was in the review process for about a week. then I progressed to character assessment test to see if I met their require to. After you are evaluated for qualities they desire you then have a phone interview scheduled. The phone interview is about 45 minutes where you are asked questions regarding "situations" that you have been involved in at work at onetime or another.
