I had submitted an application and received an email to take an assement, which I passed. Shortly after they asked for a phone interview. Which I felt went really well but it ended with me not moving on. I was told I answered everything correctly but I did not have enough experience in the field. Which was disappointment because they should've told me that from the beginning in my application.

Very impersonal and did not get to speak to someone in person everything was video recorded. It took a long time for them to finally decline my video interview. That's it
