Application/resume passed initial review, passed online assessment. Phone interview.
Interviewer did not even know where I lived. Job was in Florida and I was out of state. Once she realized that, I had no chance as she obviously assumed that no one moves for jobs or that I was already prepared and able to, lol.
At the end, she did not even offer me a chance to ask questions. I HAD TO ASK!
Very unprofessional and I knew from minute one of the interview she had made her decision.
I hope the rest of the company is more prepared and fair.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entretien
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
