Like those have stated prior there is a virtual interview consisting of 8 questions and a virtual face-to-face with a Recruiter (the email will say hiring manager but it will be another recruiter). I will post the exact 8 questions from the recorded interview. However, for the virtual be prepared to discuss in STAR format: - what you have learned in customer service and the specific steps to resolve customer issues - a time when a organizational tool failed you Tips: - STAR method (I recommend using ChatGPT for this) - You will have two opportunities to record your answer, use the first attempt to practice and the second as a final. - Use notes!!! Make sticky notes on your laptop for the answers.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.
