Video Interview is easy. The phone interview is entirely too long for a call center position. I was also promised to be submitted for other requisitions and received only a letter stating they were moving forward with other candidates.

I applied and received the assessment the next day. Filled it out the next day and got the invitation to Hirevue 2 days later. Completed that and was asked to participate in a video interview. I set that up for a Wednesday. The interview consisted of 8 questions, I found that I really had to think. After the questions were over, the recruiter and I had a really great conversation. She was really insightful and affirmed that I want to work with Progressive. I received a contingent offer that night (didn’t know until the next morning I checked my email). I am still awaiting the results of the background check. It will be a week this Friday.
