I had webcam interview, then phone interview...very long process from starting at application to actually starting the job it was a total of 3 to 4 months. That was the longest process I've ever had to get a job

An assessment, followed by a video interview by recording my response to several questions and last there was a phone interview with the recruiter. The offer was given on the spot as well as schedule options and the training start date.

The interview was great, but the hiring process was lengthy. It took more than three months to hear back and to begin the hiring process, and the new Supervisor was absolutely clueless about getting my equipment to my door and it was a week late.
