Applied online received an email the next day for an assessment I passed that then I did a phone interview the next day did well on that. Next was the face to face interview with two different hiring managers. I thought I did good they gave me lots of feedback and were very nice! After waiting a week I got a call from my recruiter that didn't get the job because my answers weren't complex enough??? Maybe because I have no call center experience but I applied because I've worked in the medical for five years. Oh well

Entretien
I applied online. I received an email from them based on mu resume and application that I did qualify. The next step was an online assesment which I passed based on my responses. The next step was a phone interview which consisted of aroma nd 8 questions which 4 of them were behavioral questions about specific experiences that you had with previous jobs and the other 4 were general questions.
