Applied online and had to take a couple tests online and a phone interview. After the phone interview I was scheduled to interview in person with 2 managers, turns out it was 4 managers, it lasted well over 2 hrs because the were late and it was the same STAR based questions over and over again. I was told I would hear something within 2 weeks, 3 days later I got an email that they moved forward with someone else which was weird because when they went over all the qualifications they told me I had everything they were looking for mainly experience. I’m have over 2 years experience doing the exact same job at a different insurance company. I guess that’s why when we speak to adjusters at progressive they never know what they are doing. Their loss I did receive a better offer the same day with more money for the exact same position they offered, and they were on time for the interview. Hate the fact they have required Saturdays they have to work and you can plan on working that schedule for at least a year they said.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.
