Applied online and received an email invitation to complete an assessment. I was told if I was a match based on assessment I would be contacted. A few days later, I received a phone interview request. It was a basic recruiter STAR interview. She let me know if I were chosen to move forward, a background company would contact me. They did, and I completed the forms online. About a week later I was contacted for an in person interview. This was more STAR interview questions.

Very impersonal and did not get to speak to someone in person everything was video recorded. It took a long time for them to finally decline my video interview. That's it
