Well i had a friend who works at Progressive, he said they would probably hire me. So i went ahead and applied. After i applied on a Sunday, i got a call back within 4 hours stating that i passed the initial screening and now they want me to take an online pre assessment test. After I passed the test, they informed i will be having a phone interview. After that, the recruiter said she would let me know if i would move on. Well i didn't move on. The recruiter said i wasn't selected because i wasn't a STRONG enough match for the company. I think it was a conspiracy because i answered everything properly.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entretien
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
