I completed the online application and was contacted to complete an assessment, then contacted to complete a phone interview after the phone interview I was selected for an in person interview, only they never gave me an interview date. About a month later I was call by HR rep who told me the position I applied for was given to a transfer employee. I was told about other openings and asked if I wanted to be considered. I went on the in person interview about 3 weeks later. I was interviewed by two hiring managers. I'm waiting to be contacted with the result. I was contacted 3 weeks later with a job offer at a different location. I accepted. I start in 2 weeks.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entretien
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
