The lady was very serious in asking me questions and responding to my answers. Her tone was not preppy or excited. She was very monotone and often responded to my answers by saying "okay" mostly. She asked questions regarding the STAR method, my previous employers and questions about the company. I was on the phone for almost 40 minutes and it was nerve wrecking. Her tone didn't make the conversation easy at all. I have experience with working in insurance and sales so hopefully I get an email to come to an interview. She advised me that I would receive an email in a few days saying whether I would be moving forward or not. Overall I feel like if the recruiter would have been more upbeat and friendly, it would have made me much more comfortable and glad that I applied.
