Contacted via one recruiter to set up a phone interview with another interviewer. Second interviewer asked the STAR format of questions and said she would follow up with decisions the next week. I sent a follow up email, no response. I then called the first recruiter who set up the phone interview and said they sometimes get busy and that she would have recruiter #2 contact me. It has now been 8 weeks, no response.
