Very challenging! They want you to answer questions in STAR format! Overall, just be yourself and remember to answer questions very thoroughly. Also, be sure to wear professional attire to the interview. May also conduct a phone interview.
An assessment, followed by a video interview by recording my response to several questions and last there was a phone interview with the recruiter. The offer was given on the spot as well as schedule options and the training start date.

The interview was great, but the hiring process was lengthy. It took more than three months to hear back and to begin the hiring process, and the new Supervisor was absolutely clueless about getting my equipment to my door and it was a week late.
