I am an internal applicant. Initially I requested to shadow a colleague in the role to get a better understanding of the position. I really liked what I saw, so decided to apply. I received the go ahead from both my supervisor and manager to apply. A few weeks later I was notified that I was selected for an interview. Interview was with two individuals within management. Interview was straight forward, all questions required a STAR formatted answer, and overall very pleasant experience. I received an offer 4 days later, to which I have accepted. I am very excited to transition into this new role!!

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
