Interview began with assessments that I was unaware I was taking. They assessed basic math, reading comprehension, data analysis, and typing speed. Then I was asked to draft a sample letter to a client who was ineligible for benefits. Finally the interview portion, I was asked a series of questions by a two person panel. They were very nice but it was obvious I was over qualified for the position.

Two rounds of interviews. For the first round, you will take a writing/math/computer assessment. If you pass, you do the screening with HR. The second interview is a panel interview with the co-directors.
