Process took about 6 weeks. I applied online,received confirmatory email for a phone interview.However,the process appears to be highly disorganized since I had to re-schedule phone interview several times. Phone interview was easy (w/ CEO). Then onsite interview w/ CEO, basic questions about my background. Then second interview and presentation with all the scientist at the company. Mixed experience,appears to be a lot of competition among the scientists themselves. Bad feeling about the company organization itself, appears to have lack of direction. Scientists on my area of expertise were quite clueless about basic concepts.
