I interviewed with Jay. She first did a screening and then brought me on-site to meet some of the team and tour the lab. After being on-site she let me know that I should hear from her over the next couple of days. Sure enough I did. I was not offered the position but that is because she had strongly took in consideration of my career goals and let me know that the position would not be an ideal fit for me because of what I personally wanted. That was the most honest someone has been about a rejection and she was so kind during the entire process.
