The interview revealed the unprofessionalism of the HR and recruiters at this company. The descriptions of my work experience and job responsibilities on my resume are truthful and objective, and based on the job description (JD), I thought I may fit for the opportunity, so I submitted my application. However, it wasn’t until the interview that I realized the job responsibilities were completely unrelated to my work experience. This experience was utterly absurd. I don’t understand why the HR and recruiters didn’t carefully review my resume or provide a detailed description of the job responsibilities. It was a significant waste of time for both parties
