The interview process consisted of an online assessment and 2 zoom interviews. The multiple choice assessment was straight forward to navigate. My first zoom interview was with the CEO of the business, this was a relaxed style conversation about previous experience and future ambitions. My second zoom was with my direct line manager and the CEO, this was very conversational and i was made to feel at ease throughout the process.
