I had a fairly laid back interview. Nothing too technical. They asked me about myself, education, and previous experience. I met with two managers and the typical job duties were explained. I was then given a tour of the office and given time to ask my own questions. Overall, I had a good impression; however, as others have noted, they seem to be very profit driven and this comes across clearly in the interview.
