I attended an interview with the 2 directors. It started with fairly standard interview questions, but then they started interrogating me and trying to outsmart me on personal tax questions, knowing full well I had no experience in personal tax at the time (My CV did not mention personal tax at all, yet they acted like I was an incompetent buffoon because of it!). I found the directors to be very condescending and arrogant. Speaking to people who used to work here, it sounds like a revolting work environment: they claim to be a 'family business', which translates to 'if you're not a member of our family, you are nothing', classic example of nepotism.
