Initial phone interview Group Interview with other candidates. The interviewer was easy to talk too. She also was very informative on the needs and requirements of the position. All candidates were asked to provide key documents prior to the interview and given an opportunity address any concerns during the interview.

I applied for the position directly at an advertised job fair. They had about 15 applicants in a large room with two recruiters and a managing supervisor. We were given a company presentation explaining their current needs, and given a new employee packet to fill out. They assisted with this paperwork, and made photo copies of our identification, SS cards, etc. Then they told us where to get our background checks and told us to arrange immediately for a TB test. We were given a short on-site interview and asked basic questions about our experience.
